Achilles Street Estate Regeneration

Phased demolition and redevelopment of 1950s Achilles Street housing estate including Azalea House, Fenton House and Austin House. Replaced with five new buildings (4-16 storeys). 60% affordable (122 council social rent + 44 low-cost ownership). Includes 4,332m² public open space, 671m² play space, and 1,411m² commercial space. Expected completion 2033.
