Prerequisites

Before you can use the TRUVERI integration, ensure you have the following:

TRUVERI Account

You must have an active TRUVERI account. If you don't have one yet, sign up for free.

Sign Up for TRUVERI

Company Admin Access

Only company administrators can connect ServiceM8 to TRUVERI. If you're not an admin, contact your company administrator.

Installation

Find the Add-on

In your ServiceM8 account, navigate to Settings → Add-ons → Browse Add-ons Directory.

Search for "TRUVERI Introducer Network" or "TRUVERI Retrofit Network" and click Install.

Install & Authorize

Click "Install" and follow the authorization prompts to connect your ServiceM8 account.

You'll be redirected to TRUVERI to complete the connection process.

After installing the add-on, you'll be guided through connecting your TRUVERI account:

Use your existing TRUVERI account credentials

Authorize Access

Grant ServiceM8 access to submit properties

Link ServiceM8 staff to TRUVERI profiles for attribution

Property Submission

Eligibility Criteria

Homeowner wants additional retrofit works
Valid address and contact details

Open the Job

Navigate to the completed EPC assessment job in ServiceM8

Click "Submit to TRUVERI"

Use the new button that appears in the job actions

Confirm Submission

Review the property details and submit to the network

Troubleshooting

"Submit to TRUVERI" button not visible

The button only appears for qualifying properties. Check that:

  • • Property has an EPC rating of D, E, F, or G
  • • Job notes indicate homeowner wants retrofit works
  • • ServiceM8 integration is properly connected

Connection issues during setup

If you encounter problems connecting your accounts:

  • • Ensure you're signed in as a company administrator
  • • Check that your TRUVERI account is active
  • • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies
  • • Contact support if issues persist

Referral not appearing in dashboard

If submitted properties don't show up in your TRUVERI dashboard:

  • • Wait a few minutes for processing
  • • Check that the property meets eligibility criteria
  • • Verify your staff member is properly mapped
  • • Contact support with the job reference number
