Lendco was formed in 2018 with the aim of eradicating some of the known frustrations experienced by intermediaries in the UK Buy-to-Let mortgage market, as well as the Bridging Finance sector. Seven years on, we are now a multi-award-winning team of 55 with over £2bn of lending under our belts. Our mantra is to go “the extra mile”. We understand what it means to be an intermediary and the challenges that can come when servicing professional property investors. Our aim is to be always accessible, and we care about delivering common sense lending decisions quickly. We strive to bring a mature, “can-do” approach, and a professional attitude to the specialist lending sector.
