Retrofit Introducer Network Terms
Version 1.0 • Last updated: 18 December 2025
These terms apply to the TRUVERI Retrofit Introducer Network. They supplement our Terms of Service.
TRUVERI pays a two-tier earning model for qualifying retrofit introductions:
- £25 Introduction Fee (Guaranteed) — paid when a Retrofit Partner Network installer submits a quote to the homeowner/resident.
- ABS Conversion Bonus (£200–£1,500) — paid when an installation completes, calculated based on the property's Annual Bill Savings (ABS). Higher energy savings = higher bonus.
To protect homeowners and prevent gaming, we require valid contact details, consent to share the homeowner's details, and we only pay the introduction fee once a quote is issued.
The £25 Introduction Fee is credited only when all of the following conditions are met:
- Valid contact: the homeowner/resident contact details you provide are accurate and reachable (phone number and/or email).
- Installer connection: at least one Retrofit Partner Network installer successfully makes contact with the homeowner/resident.
- Quote submitted: at least one installer submits a formal quote to the homeowner/resident for retrofit works.
- Your assessment: the property must have an EPC assessment lodged by you within the last 24 months. TRUVERI may verify this using EPC register data and internal records. This is a payout-eligibility rule and may be verified after submission.
- First introduction: the property has not been previously submitted to the TRUVERI Retrofit Introducer Network by you or another introducer.
When you submit an introduction, you confirm that you have the homeowner/resident's consent to share their contact details with TRUVERI and our Retrofit Partner Network installers for the purpose of providing retrofit quotes and arranging follow-up.
If a homeowner/resident indicates they did not consent or should not have been contacted, the introduction may be rejected and any associated credits may be withheld or clawed back.
- Credit confirmation: introduction fees are confirmed once a quote is submitted by an installer.
- Payment cycle: confirmed credits are paid monthly, on the last business day of the following month.
- Manual processing (rollout): during the initial rollout, TRUVERI may process payments manually. This does not change the payment cycle above.
- Cut-off: introductions confirmed by the 20th are included in that month's payment cycle.
- Validity: introductions remain active for 90 days from submission.
- Extension: if an installer confirms active engagement (for example, survey scheduled), TRUVERI may extend the validity period by a further 90 days at our discretion.
- Expiry: if no installer quote is submitted within the validity period, the introduction expires and no fee is payable.
- Disqualification: introductions may be rejected or credits withheld/clawed back where contact details are invalid, consent is disputed, duplicate submissions are detected, or fraudulent/misleading information is provided.
An ABS (Annual Bill Savings) Conversion Bonus is payable when your introduction leads to a completed installation, verified through installer confirmation and/or third-party verification.
- ABS Calculation: the bonus amount is determined by the property's projected Annual Bill Savings from the retrofit works. Higher energy savings = higher bonus, ranging from £200 to £1,500.
- Verification: installation completion must be verified before any bonus is payable.
- Timing: the conversion must occur within 12 months of the original introduction.
